What About The Needles?
A well trained Professionally qualified Acupuncturist uses very fine needles, with a fast, precise, light and gentle technique- meaning you should feel very little.
All needles are sterilised, single use, and disposed of at the end of every treatment session.
Where do the needles go?
There are hundreds of Acupuncture points, everywhere , the most commonly used are on the forearms, legs and feet. Points are chosen based on diagnostic criteria. Needles are often left in place for 20-25 minutes, with patients drifting away - it's deeply relaxing. Tonification needle technique simply pops the needle into the point then straight out again.
